Today is World Mental Health Day.
This year, we ask you to make a mental health promise. Promise to seek help when you need it. Promise to lend a hand for others when they need it. Promise to love others and promise to love yourself. Promise to be brave. Promise that you’ll keep trying; to keep trying for you and to keep trying for everyone who needs to know that they matter too.
